All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number. You can track your package on our Track Order page.
NeoStylePK is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of checkout.
If you receive your order damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.
