1. Return Window

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. Any request made after this period will not be entertained.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused).
• It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

3. Exchange Process

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once we verify the product's condition, we will ship the replacement.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your provided bank account or as store credit within 5-7 working days.
